Can I wear CPR 1 under makeup?

Yes, the cream absorbs well and provides a good base for makeup—even under concealer in the eye area.
Does the eye cream help with puffiness or under-eye bags?

CPR 1 is primarily designed for hydration and fine lines. For puffiness or under-eye bags, we recommend the cooling CPR Gel.
